What Is Mediation?

During mediation, you and your spouse will meet with a neutral third-party mediator who has been trained to guide negotiations and help you come to a consensus. With the mediator’s help, you will decide on all of the terms to include in your agreement, which you can file with the court for approval as your legally binding divorce resolution.

How Does Mediation Work?

We strive to simplify the mediation process and make it accessible to you. We start with an initial meeting with you and your spouse to establish expectations and answer your questions, followed by a scheduled mediation session during which we will guide you through all of the issues at hand. We also help you file your final agreement in court.

Mediation: The Secret to a Simple, Cost-Effective Divorce

Mediation offers an alternative to the back-and-forth escalation of litigation and allows you and your spouse to work through the entire divorce process together, helping you remain amicable and in control. Our flat rate mediation services also make it possible for you to plan for the costs of divorce upfront and reduce your expenses in the long run.

Divorce Without Lawyers

One benefit of mediation is the ability to complete your divorce without needing to hire an attorney. Though you may choose to consult with a lawyer for advice and review of your agreement, you can also keep the process entirely between you, your spouse, and your mediator, which may help you save money and avoid escalating conflict.
